北大河商业步行街位于北大河酒泉城标段北岸，是在酒泉北大河生态综合治理总体规划的基础上，以新312国道大桥为中心，在临河一侧规划建设的商业步行街。于2014年开工建设，步行街总建筑面积达10万㎡，整体建筑群一至三层，共有23个单元建筑构成，分为东西两段，总长约2Km，南北宽56m。

北大河商业步行街是目前西北地区在城市修建的最长仿古建筑群。共由数十位当地企业家业主共同出资建造。产权关系复杂，分散经营各自招商，经约10年，仍有部分未完工，招商寥寥，未能形成有效商业氛围。

本次市政府拟整体提升改造，使其成为酒泉地区本地生活新热点及酒泉文旅商业中心。

The Beidahe Commercial Pedestrian Street is located on the north bank of the Jiuquan City section of the Beidahe River. It is a commercial pedestrian street planned and constructed on the riverside based on the overall plan for ecological comprehensive management of the Beidahe River in Jiuquan, with the new 312 National Highway Bridge as the center. Construction began in 2014, with a total construction area of 100000 square meters. The entire building complex consists of one to three floors and consists of 23 unit buildings, divided into two sections: east and west, with a total length of about 2Km and a width of 56m from north to south.

The Beidahe Commercial Pedestrian Street is currently the longest ancient architectural complex built in cities in the northwest region. The construction was jointly funded by dozens of local entrepreneurs and homeowners. The property rights relationship is complex, and each company operates separately to attract investment. After about 10 years, there are still some unfinished projects, and investment is limited, which has not formed an effective commercial atmosphere.

The municipal government plans to comprehensively upgrade and transform it into a new hot spot in local life and a cultural and tourism commercial center in Jiuquan.

项目位于上海市杨浦区周家嘴路3092号，位于内环黄兴路与周家嘴路交叉口。这里曾是日商在1920年创建的东华纱厂，1943年改名为日本第五机械制作所、专门制造步枪，为侵华战争服务。新中国成立后政府接管了这个资本企业，1952年更名为中国纺织机械厂，曾为新中国纺织工业做出了巨大贡献。2000年前后，纺织工厂纷纷停业，主要生产纺织机械的中纺机也随之停产关闭，常年闲置。2014年，原中纺机南部厂房改造更新为长阳创谷，成为杨浦著名创业街区，北部为中纺机汽车服务有限公司，经营汽车维修及加油服务。

The project is located at 3092 Zhoujiazui Road, Yangpu District, Shanghai, at the intersection of Huangxing Road and Zhoujiazui Road in the inner ring. This used to be the Donghua Textile Factory founded by Japanese merchants in 1920, renamed as Japan's Fifth Machinery Manufacturing Institute in 1943, specializing in manufacturing rifles and serving the invasion of China. After the establishment of the People's Republic of China, the government took over this capital enterprise and renamed it China Textile Machinery Factory in 1952, making significant contributions to the textile industry in the new China. Around 2000, textile factories were shut down one after another, and the main production of textile machinery, Zhongfang Machinery, was also shut down and left idle for years. In 2014, the original southern factory of Zhongfang Machinery was renovated and updated to Changyang Chuanggu, becoming a famous entrepreneurial district in Yangpu. In the north, Zhongfang Machinery Automotive Service Co., Ltd. operates automotive maintenance and refueling services.
