项目融合当地历史文化与现代城市名片，打造链接过去与未来的奇幻主题乐园。项目总用地约1285亩，共规划四大功能，包括：主题乐园，体育公园，动物园和颐养社区。

其中主题乐园约680亩，包括：边塞风云，热血征途，盛世繁花，勇者营地，未来之城五大片区。

项目设计过程中首次尝试引入AI设计，探索AI辅助设计方法。包括前期策划阶段，对主题乐园市场数据的汇总，项目主题定位的辅助判断，中期游项设计的列举与选择，后期效果表现。过程中尝试了ChatGPT，文心一言，讯飞星火，Midjourney，Stable Diffusion等国际国内AI大模型在建筑设计过程中的运用，对当前AI在建筑设计过程中的辅助作用和存在的问题有了基本的了解和判断。

The project integrates local historical and cultural elements with modern urban landmarks, creating a fantasy theme park that links the past and future. The project covers an area of approximately 1285 acres and is planned to have four major functions, including a theme park, a sports park, a zoo, and an elderly care community.

Among them, the theme park covers approximately 680 acres, including five major areas: Frontier Wind and Clouds, Hot Blooded Journey, Prosperous Era Flowers, Brave Camp, and Future City.

The first attempt was made to introduce AI design during the project design process, exploring AI assisted design methods. Including the early planning stage, summarizing market data for theme parks, assisting in determining project theme positioning, listing and selecting mid-term project designs, and post production performance. In the process, I tried to use ChatGPT, ERNIE Bot, iFLYTEK Spark, Midjournal, Stable Diffusion and other international and domestic AI models in the architectural design process, and had a basic understanding and judgment of the current AI's auxiliary role and existing problems in the architectural design process.

北大河商业步行街位于北大河酒泉城标段北岸，是在酒泉北大河生态综合治理总体规划的基础上，以新312国道大桥为中心，在临河一侧规划建设的商业步行街。于2014年开工建设，步行街总建筑面积达10万㎡，整体建筑群一至三层，共有23个单元建筑构成，分为东西两段，总长约2Km，南北宽56m。

北大河商业步行街是目前西北地区在城市修建的最长仿古建筑群。共由数十位当地企业家业主共同出资建造。产权关系复杂，分散经营各自招商，经约10年，仍有部分未完工，招商寥寥，未能形成有效商业氛围。

本次市政府拟整体提升改造，使其成为酒泉地区本地生活新热点及酒泉文旅商业中心。

The Beidahe Commercial Pedestrian Street is located on the north bank of the Jiuquan City section of the Beidahe River. It is a commercial pedestrian street planned and constructed on the riverside based on the overall plan for ecological comprehensive management of the Beidahe River in Jiuquan, with the new 312 National Highway Bridge as the center. Construction began in 2014, with a total construction area of 100000 square meters. The entire building complex consists of one to three floors and consists of 23 unit buildings, divided into two sections: east and west, with a total length of about 2Km and a width of 56m from north to south.

The Beidahe Commercial Pedestrian Street is currently the longest ancient architectural complex built in cities in the northwest region. The construction was jointly funded by dozens of local entrepreneurs and homeowners. The property rights relationship is complex, and each company operates separately to attract investment. After about 10 years, there are still some unfinished projects, and investment is limited, which has not formed an effective commercial atmosphere.

The municipal government plans to comprehensively upgrade and transform it into a new hot spot in local life and a cultural and tourism commercial center in Jiuquan.

浙江中医药大学富春校区项目建设规模为新增用地面积680亩，建设地址位于杭州市富阳区富春街道三联村富阳高教园区内，分南北两个区块，计划于2025年建成。

项目总建筑面积32.5万平方米（其中地上29.6万平方米，地下2.9万平方米）。主要建设教室、实验实习用房、室内体育用房等教学科研行政用房，宿舍、食堂、后勤及附属用房等生活配套服务用房，地下车库以及室外工程等。

The construction scale of the Fuchun Campus project of Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is 680 acres of newly added land, located in the Fuyang Higher Education Park, Sanlian Village, Fuchun Street, Fuyang District, Hangzhou City. It is divided into two blocks, north and south, and is planned to be completed by 2025.

The total construction area of the project is 325000 square meters (including 296000 square meters above ground and 29000 square meters underground). 故项目以唐风宋韵为建筑基调，调和古朴自然与精致中式，营造隐秘淡雅的中式田园园林。

The project is located in Taoyuan Town, Wujiang District, Suzhou City. The canal and water network are intertwined, with green forests and clear water, creating a rich charm in the water towns of Jiangnan. The owner hopes to create a serene and elegant place, where they can either hide their doors for entertainment or open a house to meet friends and guests.

Therefore, the project takes the Tang and Song styles as the architectural tone, harmonizes ancient and natural elements with exquisite Chinese style, and creates a hidden Chinese style countryside garden.

肃州区政府拟通过推进实施文化旅游重点项目建设，努力将文化旅游资源优势转化为经济优势和产业优势，以旅游开发和旅游建设为引领打造城市经济升级版。该项目拟址果园镇，东北接银达镇，西邻嘉峪关，南依讨赖河，与西峰、泉湖相望，距酒泉市区3公里，交通条件成熟，居民、旅游度假人口密集，是建设湿地旅游项目的理想之地。

随着新冠疫情防控态势好转及国内经济发展的逐步恢复，体育运动场地设施的建设将成为满足人民群众运动休闲需求及助力地方文旅产业发展的有力举措。 酒泉市肃州区政府决定利用城市零星地块，开发建设全民体育运动设施，满足群众室内运动健身的消费需求，同时为政府、学校、企业等企事业单位组织赛事、团建培训等提供高标准的运动场所，有利于促进全社会文化体育事业向更高水准和层次发展，同时为地方文化旅游产业赋能助力，实现城区配套完善、体育产业升级、土地资源优化配置与经济全面发展的良性循环。

本项目位于甘肃省酒泉市肃州区主城区北部果园镇、银达镇、清水河、魏家湾水库及花园水库沿岸用地。甘肃地处西北内陆，降水奇缺蒸发量大，水资源稀缺。本项目清水河湿地，为祁连山冰川融水形成的地下河绿洲。该区域湿地风貌亦为当地稀缺自然资源。

肃州区政府拟通过推进实施文化旅游重点项目建设，努力将文化旅游资源优势转化为经济优势和产业优势，以旅游开发和旅游建设为引领打造城市经济升级版。该项目拟址果园镇，东北接银达镇，西邻嘉峪关，南依讨赖河，与西峰、泉湖相望，距酒泉市区3公里，交通条件成熟，居民、旅游度假人口密集，是建设湿地旅游项目的理想之地。

This project is located on the land along the banks of Guoyuan Town, Yinda Town, Qingshui River, Weijiawan Reservoir, and Huayuan Reservoir in the northern part of the main urban area of Suzhou District, Jiuquan City, Gansu Province. Gansu is located in the northwest inland region, with scarce precipitation and high evaporation, resulting in scarce water resources. The Qingshui River Wetland in this project is an underground river oasis formed by the melting of glaciers in the Qilian Mountains. The wetland landscape in this area is also a scarce natural resource in the local area.

The government of Suzhou District plans to promote the construction of key cultural and tourism projects, striving to transform the advantages of cultural and tourism resources into economic and industrial advantages, and create an upgraded version of the urban economy led by tourism development and construction. The project is planned to be located in Guoyuan Town, adjacent to Yinda Town to the northeast, Jiayuguan to the west, and Tuolai River to the south. It faces Xifeng and Quanhu, and is 3 kilometers away from the urban area of Jiuquan. With mature transportation conditions and a dense population of residents and tourists, it is an ideal place for constructing wetland tourism projects.

项目位于上海市杨浦区周家嘴路3092号，位于内环黄兴路与周家嘴路交叉口。这里曾是日商在1920年创建的东华纱厂，1943年改名为日本第五机械制作所、专门制造步枪，为侵华战争服务。新中国成立后政府接管了这个资本企业，1952年更名为中国纺织机械厂，曾为新中国纺织工业做出了巨大贡献。2000年前后，纺织工厂纷纷停业，主要生产纺织机械的中纺机也随之停产关闭，常年闲置。2014年，原中纺机南部厂房改造更新为长阳创谷，成为杨浦著名创业街区，北部为中纺机汽车服务有限公司，经营汽车维修及加油服务。

The project is located at 3092 Zhoujiazui Road, Yangpu District, Shanghai, at the intersection of Huangxing Road and Zhoujiazui Road in the inner ring. This used to be the Donghua Textile Factory founded by Japanese merchants in 1920, renamed as Japan's Fifth Machinery Manufacturing Institute in 1943, specializing in manufacturing rifles and serving the invasion of China. After the establishment of the People's Republic of China, the government took over this capital enterprise and renamed it China Textile Machinery Factory in 1952, making significant contributions to the textile industry in the new China. Around 2000, textile factories were shut down one after another, and the main production of textile machinery, Zhongfang Machinery, was also shut down and left idle for years. In 2014, the original southern factory of Zhongfang Machinery was renovated and updated to Changyang Chuanggu, becoming a famous entrepreneurial district in Yangpu. In the north, Zhongfang Machinery Automotive Service Co., Ltd. operates automotive maintenance and refueling services.
